I bought one of your wooden-crate packages of gourmet pastas in Independence, MO, at Santacaligon Days on Labor Day weekend. I put it away with the intention of giving it to one of my children for Christmas. The pasta has not been unwrapped, but it feels quite dry. Is it still usable?
I tried your pasta at Boerne Market Days and it was the most amazing pasta I have ever eaten. It was very light yet creamy with lots of flavor. I love that it is whole wheat. What a great idea.. very healthy and nutritious pasta yet absolutely delicious. I can’t wait to try the ones that I bought. Thank you for making your pasta both healthy & scrumptious!

Got home late last night, needed something fast for dinner.
Boiled up some of this incredible pasta, steamed some veggies, tossed all with homemade pesto sauce dished up with fresh grated romano. Amazing dinner in 20 minutes!

Hi Lorena, loved your pasta. When I bought pasta from you at Round Top you said you only have the Austin-tatious Spinach, Basil and Garlic in the wider pasta. My husband was at Wimberley last weekend and he brought home your pasta in the linguine size. I have been trying to order on line but there is no way to see if there are the two different sizes when ordering. How do i order the linguine?

Actually what you tasted from Wimberley was my first recipes from my first company which I.had to sell to my ex-husband in the divorce. They are good and are whole wheat but I wanted to go organic whole wheat.
