    Cooking Directions:  Cook the pasta for 7-8 minutes or until it’s al-dente for you.  Strain and then add extra virgin olive oil (preferably my Spanish Olive Oil is best.  It makes a difference)  and/or butter and salt to taste.  If it’s going to sit for a little while add just enough pasta water to keep it moist. 

    One package feeds up to 8 people depending on what you add to it and it has a 2 year shelf-life.

    Things you can do in general with almost all of my pastas after cooking the pasta, straining and adding olive oil and/or butter and salt: You can just add some fresh parmesan cheese, chicken, pork, beef, canned tuna, fish, seafood, feta cheese and/or olives.

        This is my number 2 top seller. It is the most traditional kind that I make and is wonderful. I like to mix this one and my Italian Herb and Spice together and then add meatballs, Italian sausage and fresh parmesan cheese. The fettuccine version makes a great Tomato Basil Garlic soup that will knock your socks off. Add some chicken and you have a great meal.

        This dessert pasta will leave you wanting more. This is my favorite recipe: Cook for 3-4 minutes and then drain it and put it on a plate. Mix your favorite fruit (strawberries, blueberries and raspberries are my favorites for this dish) in a blender and add a nice sweet red wine/merlot or yogurt and blend into a sauce. Pour that on top of the pasta and add whip cream and chocolate syrup. You will never be invited to another party unless you bring this dish with you. Ha ha
