My pastas are all very robust with many dimensions of flavor that will tantalize your taste buds. They contain all natural ingredients with no preservatives. They are all egg free and made from whole wheat (with the exception of chocolate). My pastas are not only nutritious but delicious as they are filled with fiber and antioxidants.
Any of my pastas are great just cooked up with olive oil and/or butter and salt to taste with some fresh parmesan cheese. You can also use my White Wine and Sour Cream Sauce recipe on them as well. However, once you boil and season that is your canvas to do with it as you wish. It is your chance to experiment or just make something quick and easy. If you come up with a great new recipe, please email it to me and I’ll put it on the website with your name on it. Enjoy!
